Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to a range of countries and territories including the USA, Canada and Europe. Please input your country and address at checkout to calculate postage and customs, where appropriate.

Do you give trade discounts?

Yes, we offer a 10% trade discount to those working in the interior design space. Please email us to access a code to apply at checkout.

What paper do you print on?

We use luxury 300gsm paper with a delicious matte texture. We work with a small, independent printer based in the south-east of England, and, for every print ordered, a tree is planted. So, buy a print so save the planet, if you will.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Unfortunately, our prints are made to order so we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is proof of damage on arrival. In this case, please email us and attach a photo so we can help. Please note that our prints are hand-packed by our small team in sellable condition - please take care when removing larger prints from their tube so as not to rip the edge on delivery.

How long will it take for my print to arrive?

Every artwork is printed and packed to order, so please consider 5 - 7 working days (usually more towards five, especially if you’re based in the UK) for your print to arrive.

I paid with Klarna and my order isn’t being approved. Why is this?

If you’ve made an order through Instagram or another third party site, your Klarna payment won’t be accepted due to Instagram not supporting Klarna payments. Please visit us using an external browser on your phone or laptop and try again.
